(1) 2010 10U Player Registration Form

(2) 2010 Player Medical History and Release Form.  As part of registration, all players must fill out and turn in this form.  It will be provided to the coach in case of a medical emergency.  Coaches must have them available at all practices and games.  Note: If you have already submitted this form in a previous year and there are no changes, you do not need to submit it again.

(3) Copy of Birth Certificate.  As part of registration, all players must turn in a copy.  This is required for league insurance and for Amateur Softball Association of America (ASA)  tournament participation.  Note: If you have already submitted this copy in a previous year, you do not need to submit it again.

Parent Coaches:

Little Lady League and Tournament teams will be coached by parent volunteers.  If you would like to be involved in coaching your daughter's team, please fill out the 2010 Coaches Application Form.

Tryouts:

All 10U registered players are required to attend tryouts.  See the registration forms for dates and times.  The tryouts are used to determine skill level, and allows the K-M 10U Little Lady league teams for the "Blooming Stars" division to be divided equally.  Also, tryouts are used to determine if one or more tournament teams would be competitive, and to select those players.

All 10U registered players will be placed on a Little Lady league team.

2010 10U Overview:

We will be having the Little Lady League again this summer, including a number of K-M teams and teams from area communities.  This is strictly a 10U league, meaning that all players must be age 10 or younger on Dec. 31, 2009.  This year the league is an ASA sanctioned league that requires all teams to be ASA registered and use ASA certified umpires at the games.  The ASA team registration fee is included and handled by the league as part of the team registration fee.

Depending on the number of teams that register for the league, there will be a "Dazzling" division and/or a "Blooming Stars" division.

This year we are planning for a number of teams playing in the Little Lady League that is run by KMGSA.  This is a traveling, competitive league that is ASA sanctioned.  Based on tryouts, the player will be selected for a team.  Given our competitive level, teams will be submitted to the "Dazzling" division and/or "Blooming Stars" division.

2010 Practices and League Games:

Practices will be on Monday nights and play two 5-inning games on Wednesday nights.  Wednesday night games will be home or away at other area communities.

2010 Weekend Tournaments:

Based on tryout results a 10U tournament team will be selected to play in at least three  weekend tournaments.  You will be notified if you are selected, then you can fill out the form below if you agree to play with this team. 

The actual tournaments will be determined at the first coach, player, and parent team meeting after tryouts.  The team can choose to play in more that three tournaments at an additional cost.

NOTE: Do not fill out the following form until you have been notified after tryouts.

(4) Uniform.  All 10U tournament players must have a uniform.  If the player does not already have a uniform, they are ordered separately using the 2010 Uniform Order Form on the Apparel page.
